📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically shipped the same day. During October (our peak season), we ship 7 days a week to ensure speedy delivery.

What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are shipped via USPS. Larger or bulk orders may be sent via FedEx.

How long does shipping take?

  • Economy Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.


🔁 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your packing slip or receipt.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


🎭 Product Questions

Do your costume hats and accessories fit adults and kids?
Many of our hats are one-size-fits-most and are designed to fit both adults and older children. Product listings will include size information where applicable.

Can I request a bulk or custom order?
Yes! For bulk orders, custom projects, or wholesale inquiries, please email info@nickybigsnovelties.com with your request.

Are your products made in the USA?
We are working to bring more of our manufacturing to the U.S. under our initiative American Made Novelties. Some items are already U.S.-made, and we continue to expand domestic production.


🛒 Order Issues

I never received my order. What should I do?
Check your email for tracking info and confirm the delivery status. If it's marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us so we can help investigate.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so please contact us ASAP if you need to make a change. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping services.
